After my Army on Review of Louis XIV, I realised that I had a lot of small vignettes that I had never photoed - so here they are.
The officer vignettes are mostly Front Rank with some Foundry and Dixon.
All the vignettes are from Eureka Miniatures!
Love it. These type of pieces take tables to another level. It forces people to stop, look longer and more closely. Makes me think ...I wonder for our next game... if the US Marines had a band playing during the Pacific beach attacks...mmmm maybe not. But really like these - I try to do similar for our WW2 stuff
Some fun pieces there, but really nicely done, I love the detail, including the rugs with the musicians.
ReplyDeleteThank you- I wish i could claim the credit- but they were done by Peter Callan!
DeleteLovely vignettes; the musicians particularly nice.
ReplyDeleteThank you-I expect to almost hear music!

Warhog, I don't know if a Marine band would look out of place on the beaches of Tarawa, Iwo Jima or Okinawa- but I won't say anything if you won't!
DeleteLol love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks GW
DeleteWonderful! Great staging and beautiful scenes.
ReplyDeleteThank you!!
DeleteWow these are all outstanding - fantastic work!
ReplyDeleteThank you- I wish I could claim the credit for the paint jobs!
DeleteA great assortment John. I think vignettes add so much to a table's appeal as these would. I do like the Eureka collections.
